Office Manager
Joy joined Coastline Dental with nearly 30 years of experience in the dental field, both as a registered dental assistant, and now as an office leader. As a dental insurance expert, Joy has helped countless patients navigate their insurance plans with ease and confidence. She enjoys working with Dr. Leoni for his laid-back demeanor and genuine connections with patients. Outside of work, she is devoted to her family and loves spending time with her husband and children. She enjoys hosting family gatherings, traveling, glamping, and tackling DIY projects at home. Joy’s friendly and approachable nature makes every patient feel at home.
Elena
Registered Dental Hygienist
Elena grew up in Russia and has called California home since 2016. She graduated from Cypress College where she earned her Dental Hygiene degree, and she is also certified in laser therapy and enjoys constantly learning. Elena’s all about helping you achieve a healthy and confident smile. She keeps things relaxed yet professional, making sure you feel totally comfortable during your visits. When she’s not making smiles shine at Coastline Dental, Elena loves soaking up the California sun. You’ll often find her exploring local hiking trails or enjoying a stroll by the beach with her dog and her husband. She’s also a big fan of snowboarding and heads to Mammoth Mountain whenever she can during the winter months.
Natalie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Natalie graduated from USC with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene and has dedicated over 20 years to providing expert, compassionate care. As a long-standing member of the Coastline Dental team, she has built lasting relationships and delivered exceptional dental hygiene services to multiple generations of patients. Natalie cherishes spending time with her husband and two children. Together, they explore the world indulging their love for travel, and enthusiastically juggle their children’s sports and activities. She also volunteers at their school and contributes to their education and well-being, reflecting her belief in active community involvement.
Annette
Registered Dental Assistant
With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Annette brings a wealth of knowledge and heartfelt care to our team. She earned her Registered Dental Assistant license in 1983 and has been a valued member of our Coastline Dental family since 1995, proudly serving multiple generations of patients. Outside of the office, Annette enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, exploring new hiking trails, and going on camping adventures. At home, her beloved dog and cat always keep her smiling with their playful antics.
Keren
Registered Dental Assistant
Keren graduated from Orange Coast College in 2009, earning her Registered Dental Assistant license. She went on to obtain an Associate of Science degree and has worked in the dental field for over 16 years. Her passion lies in helping patients with full mouth restorations, helping them out of pain, and restoring confidence in their smiles—one of the many reasons she loves her profession. One of her favorite quotes is by Connie Stevens: “Nothing you wear is more important than your smile.” It’s a sentiment that perfectly reflects Keren’s approach to patient care. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with her husband and three daughters.
Yvonne DeBaca
Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF2)
Originally from Northern California, Yvonne brings over 23 years of experience in the dental field to the Coastline Dental team. She earned her Extended Functions license from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco in 2014, allowing her to take a more hands-on and advanced role in patient care. Yvonne is passionate about creating a warm, comfortable environment where every patient feels at ease and confident in their care. Building genuine connections and helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles is what she enjoys most about her work.
Outside the office, Yvonne loves working out, soaking up the sun at the beach, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
Tabitha Ramirez, RDA
Assistant Manager & Benefit Coordinator
Tabitha Ramirez is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant with over 30 years of experience in the dental field. Born and raised in Southern California, she has built her career on a passion for dentistry and a commitment to patient care. Since beginning her career in 1994, Tabitha has worked alongside both general dentists and specialists, including orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons. She became an RDA early in her career and has also played a key role in dental office management. Throughout the years, she has been fortunate to work with exceptional doctors who have helped shape her knowledge and expertise.
Tabitha feels truly grateful to be part of the Coastline Dental team, where she continues to provide compassionate, high-quality care to her patients.
Outside of the office, Tabitha enjoys spending time with her husband, her high school sweetheart, their two sons, and three grandchildren. She loves paddle boarding, kayaking, camping, and most of all, cherishes the time she spends with her family.
