Maybe the best Dental office I’ve been to, the doctor was great and the staff is incredible!! I’ve been to many Dentist in my life, I’m really critical of my dentist and I have to say this is the best dental office I’ve been to!! 5 star with out a doubt!!

I had an outstanding experience at this dental office from start to finish. The staffs are incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient—they made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The office itself is spotless, which immediately put me at ease.

Natalie was thorough, gentle, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process. I really appreciated how she answered all my questions without rushing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning process. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being, not just the procedure.

This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! I just signed up for the membership and everyone in the office was so kind, welcoming, and understanding. I’ve been to other places before, but they were very thorough with my cleaning and made me feel really comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on!

Dr. Leoni is THE BEST dentist! I am so grateful for his extraordinary experience! I am a retired dentist and treatment is not the same amongst dentists. It is very reassuring I and my family members are receiving the VERY BEST treatment option and are not limited by skill, equipment or experience! Dr. Leoni has treated 1000's upon 1000's of patients and I am fortunate he is my family's dentist! Thank you Dr. Leoni!

Love Coastline Dental! Have gotten a teeth cleaning and Invisalign started. Very smooth process, everyone is very nice and easy going. They made me feel like the health of my teeth is a priority, Dr. Randal is Great!

Had a last minute emergency visit - cracked tooth, going out of town the next day. The staff was wonderful! Made a quick appointment, Dentist fixed tooth quickly and I was in and out in under a half hour. All the staff is very friendly and the Dentist is GREAT!

My personal dentist for over 50 years just retired and the quest for a new dentist was now in play. I checked with a few of friends for referrals and was not too pleased when looking their referrals up on the internet (reviews). I felt my new doctor should be local so I checked for one in San Juan Capistrano. I came across Coastline Dental, Dr. Randal Leoni, DMD. His reviews show 5 stars across the board. WOW, that sure as heck got my attention. I met with doctor for a consultation and was very, very impressed with his bedside manner, professionalism, and expertise. His office is equipped with all the Up-to-date dental equipment and his entire staff are wonderful. I had to have a faulty old crown removed and replaced. The job was completed in no time at all and I could not be more pleased with the result. I am blessed now that I have my NEW dentist going forward. I will be in to see doctor’s dental hygienist in several months. God bless Dr. Leoni and his entire staff.

My first experience with Coastline Dental. Wow what an office. Everyone there is so friendly. The moment you walk in the ladies at the front desk greets you with a great smile and warm welcome. You’re taken to the back by a lovely assistant and seated. Once seated they offer you a comfort menu. Things like blankets, headphones, or even a ball to squeeze and so much more. Dr. Leoni comes in introducing himself. His calm demeanor is very comforting. He reviews your x-rays and 3D image scan with you. First dentist I’ve seen that didn’t try and diagnose every tooth in my mouth. He clearly shows you what’s needed and discuss the options. Tabitha comes in to discuss the treatment with me explaining my insurance benefits and pricing. Letting me know we can work at a pace that works for me.
Best experience ever. Highly recommend to all of south Orange County and beyond.

And the positive experience keeps on coming. Tooth pulled, painless land effortless. Permanent post placement it couldnt of been any easier and PAINLESS. Best dentis and office staff ever. Amanda is kind, caring, and efficient. I look forward to my dental visits now. I felt so heard and understood. It's an amazing dentist and it's right in my own backyard, figuratively.

Her name was April. It was her first day on the job. I was her first patient.

I was panicked that I chipped my tooth pretty bad the day before New Year’s Eve… no dentists open for 2 days… I googled and found Coastline restorative dentistry! I looked at reviews and they were all great. I called and they were able to get me in right away. The office was clean and cozy upon entering, the staff was so friendly and attentive! I felt very comfortable! Dr. Leoni was outstanding! Calmest dentist I’ve ever seen! I like things quiet and the dentist and him and his assistant worked quickly but calmly on my tooth! My fixed tooth is gorgeous and I will be making them my new dentists office!!!! So glad I went and I highly recommend going!!!!!
